For adults, professionals and founders
Make AI useful in your everyday work.
Set up a personal assistant around a small set of tasks that matter to you, then learn to use it independently. We work in your own accounts, with the context and permissions you choose to share. Practical guidance, repeatable workflows and a clear handover.
Remote or in-person options are agreed individually. Platform subscriptions, custom integrations and ongoing support are scoped separately.
When this can be useful
You have tried AI, but useful results are inconsistent. You repeat the same tasks, lose context between conversations or are unsure which tools and permissions you actually need. Start with one clear task rather than an all-purpose system.
- Preparing research or writing as a professional.
- Organising selected project information as a founder.
- Building a repeatable personal planning workflow.
What we can prepare
- A short task map. Agree priorities, permitted inputs and what a useful result looks like.
- A bounded setup. Configure selected tools and workflows in accounts you control, subject to the plan's capabilities.
- Guided practice. You run the workflows, check the answers and practise handling mistakes.
- A usable handover. Receive the agreed settings, a concise guide and instructions for managing or revoking access.
Start with a task you can test
- Research brief Turn selected public sources into a structured draft with links and uncertainty notes; verify important claims yourself.
- Writing workflow Use approved examples and a clear brief to draft and revise a document; you decide what to send or publish.
- Personal planning Organise a selected task list and prepare a plan for review; calendar or messaging connections need separate approval.
A clear setup and handover
- Agree Goals, data boundaries, tools, account eligibility and actions that must not happen.
- Configure A limited set of approved workflows, starting with synthetic or redacted inputs.
- Practise You repeat the workflow and check sources, errors and limitations.
- Hand over Configuration, a concise operating guide, an access list and revocation steps; further support is agreed separately.
Scope and fee
Individual coaching works through a defined task so you can check and repeat the workflow. Assistant setup with handover covers a bounded configuration, practice and an operating guide. We agree the agenda and scope first; the fee is discussed around your tasks. Platform subscriptions, API usage, custom code and ongoing support are not included unless explicitly stated in a written proposal.
You keep control of your accounts and data
You own and manage your accounts. You enter credentials yourself and approve any connection; I do not ask you to share passwords. We agree the minimum context needed and can start with sanitized examples instead of connecting personal systems. Sending messages, purchases, deletion and other consequential actions are not silently enabled. Provider terms and account settings still apply.
Questions about setup and coaching
Do I need to code?
A starter engagement can use existing tools without custom development. If code or integrations are needed, they are scoped separately.
Will I receive a copy of your private assistant?
No. We agree a setup for your needs and eligible tools. Private systems and the developing LYRA product are separate.
Do you need all my personal history?
No. We start with selected goals and examples. You can decline a connection and use sanitized manual inputs.
Can it work without my approval?
Only explicitly agreed actions may be enabled. The default is review before consequential external actions.
Are subscriptions included?
No, unless the written proposal says otherwise. We check which plan is needed before you decide to buy.
Will this save a guaranteed number of hours?
No. We define and test useful workflows; any time-saving claim needs a measured baseline.
What happens after handover?
You retain control. Any included support has a stated period and limit; further work is agreed separately.
Bring one task you would like to improve
Describe what you do now, which tools you already use and what would make the result useful. No private documents or account access are needed for the first conversation.
Initial discussion only · scope and fee are agreed before work begins.
