A substantial part of my practice involves reverse engineering complex software and studying how systems work. I look beyond an individual component to its connections with applications, server-side components, protocols and hardware. This perspective helps me break down an unfamiliar technical context and understand how its parts relate.

My experience includes Android, Windows, server-side components and network protocols. They are layers of one system: the application, its operating environment and communication between its parts.

Another area of my practice involves hardware and hardware-based protection systems. It adds a physical dimension to the software perspective: system behaviour depends on devices, interfaces and the constraints of the technical environment as well as code.

My practice includes server configuration, cluster work, DevOps and VMware ESXi environments. I took part in server recovery after a ransomware incident.
